This is our Fifth CTB. Each year, the goal is to make the CTB challenging enough to where it's not guarenteed the funds will be claimed. This allowing us to roll them over for the next year's CTB. However, every year, even though the puzzles get harder, lo and behold, a team always triumphs. We've yet to stomp the CTB challengers! This year, the focus is playfully themed on the evil Giggler. We welcome all challengers to come in and try to thwart his plans and capture the bitcoin!
